Sang-gyé is passionate about movement. She was a professional dancer, later moving on to teach dance, Pilates, stretching techniques and her main passion - the meditation exercises of the Aro gTér- a vajrayana lineage of the Nyingma school. She also enjoys African dance, Horse riding...the list goes on.

Having personally experienced various injuries, over training, and the challenges that accompany having put high demands on my body. I became interested in helping people experience ease of movement and freedom from restriction and pain.
Over 25 years ago I was introduced to the Aro gTér Lineage a Vajrayana Buddhist Lineage and became a student of Ngak'chang Rinpoche and Khandro Déchen Rinpoche.
I began practicing and later, teaching the psycho physical exercises and in 2000 was ordained.
Apart from their primary function of returning to the non-dual state, these exercises have endless benefits for health and wellbeing and are uplifting and enjoyable.
