Having personally experienced various injuries and over training, she became interested in helping people experience ease of movement and freedom from restriction and pain.

Over 25 years ago she was introduced to the Aro gTér Lineage a Vajrayana Buddhist Lineage and became a student of Ngak'chang Rinpoche and Khandro Déchen Rinpoche.

She began practicing and later, teaching the psycho physical exercises and in 2000 was ordained.

Sang-gyé strongly believes that these exercises; apart from their primary function of returning to the non-dual state, have endless benefits for health and wellbeing.

'Everything that the mind, body and spirit could possibly need can be found here'.

She brings all her years of experience and technical expertise in to the class room and enjoys watching people become calmer, more joyful, stronger, fitter and freer in general.
